Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
  • Maintain residents’ care according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans.
  • Administer medications as required.
  • Ensure cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room.
  • Adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.

Requirements

  • LPN or LVN License Required per state regulations.

Pay

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.

Schedule
