Responsibilities

  • Aid in maintaining a safe and supportive living environment.
  • Maintain records of residents' care plans and monitor adherence to these plans.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Current LPN or LVN license required per state regulations.

Qualifications

Associates must have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and a passion for helping others. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.

Skills

Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
