Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

Coweta Care and Rehab seeks compassionate and thoughtful Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. We partner with skilled nursing centers across 3 states to support a small team of dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
• Provides services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
• Accurately and promptly implements physicians' orders
• Sets up nursing care assignments based on resident needs and team member capabilities
• Administers medications
• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
• Documents treatments as required
• Ensures supplies are used efficiently and equipment is clean and maintained safely
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited LPN school
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• Valid LPN license
• Valid CPR certification

Qualifications

• Maintains a working email address and phone number for employer communication
• Communicates effectively with residents and their families, and at all levels of the organization
• Reacts decisively and quickly in emergency situations
• Maintains confidentiality
• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
