About the role

Brookdale Overland Park is now hiring full-time IV-Certified LPNs. Brookdale Overland Park is a 5-star continuing care retirement community that offers Skilled Nursing, rehab, and long-term care. Responsibilities

• Aid in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Maintain care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans.
• Administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room, and adhere to company systems, procedures, and processes.

Requirements

• Nurses must hold an LPN or LVN license per state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.

Pay

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.

Schedule

• Openings Include Monday-Friday Evening Shift (2p-10p): Includes $4/hr shift differential.
• Weekend Baylor (6a-6p) - *higher sign-on bonus for FT in this position.
