LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Supervisor

Overview: This role is for an LPN Supervisor responsible for leading clinical and support staff in a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Supervise clinical and clerical team members, including team leaders.Collaborate with clinical leaders and coordinate staff recruitment, training, and orientation.Develop staffing plans, monitor performance, address issues, and manage personnel concerns.Handle patient complaints, oversee budget, and ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.Evaluate operations, implement improvements, and coordinate purchasing and inventory management.Act as liaison within internal departments and external entities. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of three years of LPN experience, with prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.Experience in training, mentoring, conflict resolution, and operational oversight.Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Education: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing is required.
