• Supervise and coordinate the activities of licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants.

• Monitor and report any concerns or issues related to patient care, staff performance, or facility operations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure that they are providing the highest level of care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and staff performance.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services provided at Spring Creek Healthcare Center.
