About the Role

Monarch Landing is Naperville's premier Life Plan Community, located near Route 59 & Interstate 88. We are actively looking for a hospitality-minded LPN to join our team at The Springs of Monarch Landing, our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision, compassionate and cool-tempered, able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote resident well-being by providing high-quality nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team of health professionals providing excellent clinical care to our residents at The Springs of Monarch Landing

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse
• Well-trained professional able to give best nursing care with little supervision
• Compassionate and cool-tempered
• Able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time 3rd shift (10:30pm - 7:00am)
• Part-time 2nd shift (2:30pm - 11:00pm)
• Required to work every other weekend

Pay & Benefits

• Salary range $33-$35/hour, based on experience
• Weekend shift differential, $2/hour
• 2nd & 3rd shift differential, $1.50/hour
