LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Skilled Nursing

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and hospitality‑minded Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team at The Springs at Monarch Landing, our skilled nursing community.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and monitor residents’ health and well‑being
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team
• Follow established health, safety, and clinical guidelines
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Respond to residents’ needs with compassion, professionalism, and respect

Schedule

We are currently hiring for full‑time and part‑time shifts. Nurses are required to work every other weekend.

Pay

$33–$36/hour, based on experience; $2/hour weekend differential; $1.50/hour 2nd & 3rd shift differential.
