( LPN ) Licensed Practical Nurse ( Night Shift )

About the role

As a Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll provide skilled nursing care, monitor resident health, respond to changes in condition, and ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care throughout the night. You'll work alongside an experienced clinical team committed to exceptional care in a stable, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents throughout the night and report changes in condition
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• Promote a safe, calm, and therapeutic environment

Requirements

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach
• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing (preferred)

Pay

$25.00–$31.00/hour (based on experience) plus shift differentials. $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

Full-time, night shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM).
