LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Lead - Neurology

About the role

Provides direct patient care under the supervision of the Clinic RN, including treatments, medication administration, and diagnostic studies. Acts as a vital member of the care delivery team, ensuring quality patient services.

Responsibilities

• Performs as a Clinic LPN, demonstrating role‑modeling in patient care.
• Obtains and documents patient information such as chief complaints and vital signs.
• Addresses physical, social, and psychological needs of patients and families.
• Monitors, documents, and reports patient condition changes.
• Reinforces health education, prepares lab specimens, and manages paperwork.
• Prepares exam and treatment rooms, administers medications, and assists with diagnostic and surgical procedures.
• Inserts and manages IVs as directed by providers.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of clinical areas.
• Supports equipment troubleshooting and inventory management.
• Participates in staffing coordination and collaborates with management on operational issues.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a clinical setting.
