Role Overview: Provides direct patient care under RN supervision, including treatments, medication administration, and diagnostic support. Acts as a vital member of the care team by addressing physical, social, and psychological patient needs, documenting observations, and preparing patients for examinations and procedures. Key Responsibilities Performs clinic nursing duties, serving as a role model for quality care.Obtains and documents patient information, vital signs, and chief complaints.Reinforces health education and prepares laboratory specimens.Administers medications, treatments, and manages IV lines as directed.Assists with diagnostic studies, surgical prep, and patient positioning.Maintains cleanliness of exam and utility rooms, and manages inventory and supplies.Supports operational tasks, problem-solving, and equipment troubleshooting.Participates in staffing coordination and supervises ordering of supplies. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of Specialty Training Program-Nursing. Demonstrates accountability, attention to safety standards, and ability to work collaboratively in a clinical setting. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
