Role Overview: Provides primary clinical support in a walk-in healthcare setting, assisting with patient assessments, documentation, and basic medical procedures. Ensures accurate collection of patient history, vital signs, and specimen preparation, while assisting providers with minor diagnostic and surgical procedures. Administers medications and vaccines under provider supervision, maintains a clean environment, and promotes patient communication and care continuity. Key Responsibilities Obtain and document patient medical history, chief complaint, and vital signs.Assist providers with clinical procedures and diagnostic tests.Collect and prepare laboratory specimens accurately.Communicate patient needs and respond to inquiries, ensuring efficient care delivery.Administer medications and vaccines within scope of practice.Maintain sterile rooms and prepare patients for examinations. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).Ability to perform clinical tasks, follow protocols, and work effectively in a team environment.Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
