(LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process; perform various treatment procedures;
• Provide physical, educational, and emotional support to patients, friends, and families;
• Supervise assigned team members;
• Ensure timely, accurate care by working closely with the CNA team;
• Maintain thorough documentation using computerized medical records;
• Administer medication and give/receive relevant reports, both written and verbal;
• Support the CNA team in the timely completion of quality individualized personal care and ensure accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Current and valid NY LPN License;
• Experience in a Nursing Home or Hospital (preferred);
• CPR Certification.

Pay

$29-$35.50 per hour plus shift differential.
