Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders
• Monitor residents’ health, report any changes, and maintain accurate documentation
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident care
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations to ensure safety and compliance

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules available
• Option to waive health benefits and PTO for additional earnings
• Shift differentials offered for 3-11p & 11-7a
