About the role
Complete Care at Ocean Grove is dedicated to providing exceptional resident care through its support of its Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders
- Maintain accurate documentation of residents' health and report any changes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident care
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations to ensure safety and compliance
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused
