About the role
Aster Creek Nursing and Rehab, located at 524 Wardell Rd, Tinton Falls, NJ 07753, is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver exceptional, person-centered care to residents. The position includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of care to residents at our nursing home
- Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
- Promote patient independence by establishing patient care goals
- Resolve resident issues and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations
- Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping the information confidential
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of NJ
- New graduates welcome
- Long-term care experience a plus
