We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a big heart, a caring soul, and patience. New graduates are welcome! This role focuses on providing high-quality care and making residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care for residents.
• Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and treatment plans.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and other team members.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
