Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of CNAs committed to excellence.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and conduct vital resident assessments.
• Collaborate closely with RNs and physicians to advocate for residents’ health and dignity.
• Serve as the point of contact for families who trust us with their loved ones.

Requirements

• Valid NYS LPN License in good standing.

Pay

Competitive salary range of $28.50‑$43.22 per hour, including a sign‑on bonus. Premium pay includes competitive hourly rates plus generous shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, and a no‑frills program.
