LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Acute Care Unit

About the role

This position is for a full-time Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering compassionate patient care, coordinating care activities, and supporting interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities

• Contribute to patient assessments, implement and evaluate nursing interventions, address patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and educate patients and families.
• Provide direct care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics, while collaborating with healthcare team members.
• Mentor new staff and participate in unit-based decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with policies and promote patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing specialty training program is required.
• Ability to work in a clinical environment, demonstrate compassionate care, and follow established policies.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills are essential.

Schedule

Shifts from early morning to evening, including weekends and holidays.
