About the role

Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for contributing to patient assessment, planning, and care delivery. Promotes patient safety, satisfaction, and adaptive responses, providing compassionate, direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures. Coordinates with interdisciplinary teams, evaluates intervention effectiveness, and supports discharge planning. Mentors new staff and participates in evidence-based practice decisions.
