About the role

Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a modern medical unit. The role involves working in a state-of-the-art unit with leadership support and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families
• Reinforce patient and family education, discharge planning, and care coordination
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies per policies
• Evaluate nursing interventions and patient responses
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs
• Participate in evidence-based practice decision-making and mentor new staff and students

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)
• Strong communication, compassion, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
