About the role

The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans
  • Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions
  • Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides
  • Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff
  • Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy
  • Documents care using electronic charting systems
  • Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing
  • Strong data collections skills
  • 2 years of LPN experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively
  • Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults

Bonus

We are offering a $5,000 Bonus!

Pay

$27.89 - $36.26 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

Part-Time, benefits eligible position. Shifts Available: Day 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
