About the role
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with daily living activities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Conduct patient assessments and document as required
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care and customer service
Responsibilities
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Absorb patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Maintain a watchful eye on patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the RN or physician
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
