About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented LPN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment at York Nursing and Rehabilitation.

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring and reporting patient condition to nursing staff and physicians
• Providing wound care, dressing changes, and other therapeutic treatments
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Pennsylvania
• 0+ years of experience in a long-term care setting (hospital experience a plus!)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
