LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

The center is affiliated with Life Care Centers of America, a 47-year industry leader with over 200 locations across the U.S. We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Makes independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Knowledgeably and competently deliver quality nursing care to patients
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
• Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
• Maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation

Pay

• Full-Time Evening Shift ($3.00 Nights)
• PRNs and Part-Time shifts available

Schedule

• Monday thru Friday Shift Diff-Evenings $3.00
• Nights $2.00
• Saturday and Sunday Shift Diff-Days $2.00
• Evenings $4.00
• Nights $4.00
