LPN Lead
About the role
We provide individualized, direct nursing care to assigned patients under the direction of a registered nurse, mid-level provider or physician. Our team works closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Answers patient questions and relays critical information.
- Administers medication safely to patients.
- Maintains accurate medical/legal documentation.
- Coordinates daily clinical tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborates with the healthcare team to provide personalized care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
- 2 years of LPN experience OR 1 year of LPN experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
- Preferred: Experience in ambulatory care.
Qualifications
- Current licensed practical nursing (LPN) license in state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Skills
- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
