Responsibilities
- Assessment, evaluation, and implementation of the plan of care for residents
- Monitoring resident health status and reporting changes to physicians, RNs, and families
- Delegating selected nursing activities to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Supervising staff and evaluating resident care needs
- Aiding in the ongoing assessment and data collection of assigned residents
