About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing home-based pediatric care for a 10-month-old patient with a gtube, trach, and vent.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Monitor physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
- Collect, analyze, and document health data and nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
- Experience with pediatrics and ventilator care.
- Valid BLS certification and TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Prior professional nursing experience preferred.
