LPN - Homecare

About the role

Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care for adult and pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes throughout the Hudson area. Pay

Competitive hourly pay: $32 – $40 / hour

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' physical and emotional health status
• Identify changes in patient conditions and communicate findings appropriately
• Develop and implement individualized care interventions
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted LPN license in Wisconsin
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray
• Previous nursing experience preferred (1 year or more)
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
