About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Deliver skilled nursing services per prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs and symptoms to detect physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Gather, analyze, and document patient data and nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the relevant state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferred: One year of professional nursing experience.
