About the Role

Assists the Registered Nurse in implementing patient care plans and provides technical support to deliver high-quality, safe care. Models behaviors aligned with the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values, emphasizing compassion, service, and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to nursing assessments by collecting, reporting, and recording data.
• Delivers direct patient care safely and effectively.
• Continuously evaluates and updates the plan of care.
• Communicates clearly with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participates in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery.
• Maintains safety standards in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Requirements

• Technical Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• No supervisory responsibilities.
• Physical capability for activities such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and reacting quickly to emergencies.
• Good visual acuity and ability to handle exposure to body fluids and hazardous materials.
