About the role

Provide skilled nursing services to patients in a home health setting, ensuring care is delivered according to physician orders and the established plan of care (POC).

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient needs

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved clinical education program
• Licensed in the practicing state
• At least one year of nursing experience
• Basic technology skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Automobile insurance
• Dependable transportation
• CPR certification
• Ability to drive safely in various weather conditions

Preferred Skills

• Experience in home health or hospice care
• Approval from regional leadership
