About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes within Lackawanna County.

Responsibilities

• Administering treatments such as wound care, infusion, catheter care, and PICC line dressing changes
• Maintaining clinical records per policies and regulations
• Supporting comprehensive patient care and collaborating with physicians on care plans
• Communicating respectfully with clients, families, and team members
• Obtaining and updating patients' medical histories

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the applicable state
