LPN - Full-Time / Part-Time

About the role

We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a Per Diem team in Hampton Roads. Join a team that values dependability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Providing nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administering medications and treatments
• Collecting and documenting patient information
• Providing wound care and patient education
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
• Assisting with activities of daily living
• Coordinating care with healthcare team members
• Performing additional duties based on facility needs

Qualifications And Skills

• Active LPN license
• At least 1 year of facility-based experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Recent PPD test within the last year
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation
