About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing patient care in various healthcare settings within Hampton Roads.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collect and document patient information
- Provide wound care and patient education
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Coordinate care with healthcare team
- Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience
- Current BLS/CPR
- Recent PPD
- Ability to meet physical requirements
