LPN - Full Time / Part Time

About the role

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing 1:1 nursing care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients, with preferred ventilator experience (training available).

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Deliver skilled nursing services per prescribed orders.
• Monitor for physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and document patient data and nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the practice state.
• Valid TB or Chest X-Ray.
• BLS certification.
• Prior professional nursing experience preferred.

• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to provide comprehensive patient care.
