LPN - Full Time / Part Time

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing 1:1 nursing care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients, with preferred ventilator experience (training available). Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; deliver skilled nursing services per prescribed orders; monitor for physiologic and psychosocial changes; collect, analyze, and document patient data and nursing diagnoses. Qualifications: Current LPN/LVN license in the practice state; valid TB or Chest X-Ray; BLS certification; prior professional nursing experience preferred. Skills & Key Duties: Strong assessment and documentation skills; ability to provide comprehensive patient care; adherence to safety and clinical protocols.
