LPN - Full-Time, Competitive Pay, Hiring Bonus

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities: Provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications and treatments, collect and document patient information, perform wound care and patient education, monitor and report patient condition changes, assist with activities of daily living, coordinate care with healthcare teams, and perform facility-specific duties as needed. Qualifications: Active LPN license, minimum of 1 year facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, recent PPD, and ability to meet physical requirements.
