About the role
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a Per Diem team in Hampton Roads. This role requires dependable, experienced nurses ready to deliver quality patient care and collaborate with healthcare teams. Local applicants only.
Responsibilities
- Providing nursing care within the LPN scope
- Administering medications and treatments
- Collecting and documenting patient information
- Providing wound care and patient education
- Monitoring patient conditions
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Coordinating care with healthcare team members
Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- At least 1 year of facility-based experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Recent PPD
- Ability to meet physical requirements
