We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads.
Responsibilities
- Providing nursing care within the LPN scope
- Administering medications and treatments
- Collecting and documenting patient information
- Providing wound care and education
- Monitoring patient conditions
- Assisting with daily activities
- Coordinating with healthcare team members
Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- PPD within the last year
- Able to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation
