About the role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, providing wound care and patient education, monitoring patient conditions, and assisting with activities of daily living. The role also involves coordinating care with healthcare teams and performing additional duties as needed by the facility.
