Job Summary

Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community in Jenkintown, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Health Center team. This position offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and rewarding shift differentials.

About the role

You will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors. You will also help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and ensure accountability for resident care and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Current LVN/LPN license in the state for which applying
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
• New grads are welcome

Benefits

• Base Pay: $31–$35/hour (based on experience)
• Shift & Weekend Differentials: Evening +$3.00/hour, Night +$2.00/hour, Weekend +$3.00/hour (differentials stack)

• Base Pay: $31–$35/hour (based on experience)

Schedule

• Full-time position available
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Part-time positions available with 10 shifts per pay period
• Opportunities to pick up additional shifts
