LPN FT 1st Shift

Starting wages range between $27-$33 depending on experience, with final rates determined by the hiring manager at an interview. Additional $2 differential for 3rd shift positions.

Responsibilities

• Implementing a resident plan of care.
• Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations.
• Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Delegating suitable components of the care plan to the nursing assistants, provides guidance and supervision when necessary.
• Consulting with and validating data.
• Recording pertinent information in the patient record.
• Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments.
• Communicating residents' care needs to others involved in the care.
• Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development.

Requirements

• Active Nursing License (RN/LPN) required.
