LPN (1st Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our professional team in a non-hospital, office-based setting. This role offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule with standard daytime hours, providing an excellent opportunity for work-life balance. The position also includes on-call responsibilities during weekends and nights, ensuring continuous patient support and care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and support to patients in an office environment
• Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, and health history documentation
• Support healthcare providers with administrative and clinical tasks
• Educate patients on health management and treatment plans
• Manage on-call duties during weekends and evenings, responding to urgent patient needs
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations

Skills and Qualifications

• Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Proven experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, preferably in outpatient or office-based care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to handle on-call responsibilities during evenings, weekends, and nights
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality standards

Requirements

• Age 21 or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• LPN Pennsylvania License
• Two (2) years of professional experience
• Pennsylvania Driver’s License with insurable driving record
• Mantoux (TB) test and physical examination
• Act 33 Clearance and Pennsylvania State Police Background Check

Pay

$52,520 per year
