LPN FT 1st Shift

Wage range: $26–$33 per hour, based on experience and determined during the interview.

Responsibilities

• Implement a resident plan of care
• Perform direct nursing services, including administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Delegate suitable components of the care plan to nursing assistants, providing guidance and supervision
• Consult with and validate data
• Record pertinent information in the patient record
• Identify and evaluate the resident’s response to health problems and treatments
• Communicate residents' care needs to others involved in their care
• Assume responsibility for professional growth and development
