Ready to Make a Difference?

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and help develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Provide direct nursing care, including wound care and IV therapy.
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and the healthcare team.
• Support and guide CNAs and other care staff.
• Educate and support residents and their families.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa RN or LPN License

Schedule

Open Shifts Available: 1st shift, Full-time, 12 hour shifts, Rotating Weekends

Pay

• Starting pay rate based on years of experience
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus
• Shift differentials: 2nd Shift – $3.50/hr, 3rd Shift – $5.00/hr, Weekends – $1.00/hr
• Weekend differential (alternate listing): $1.50/hr
