Responsibilities
- Oversees medication distribution per physician orders, ensuring compliance with community medication management policies and prioritizing resident safety
- Develops personalized care plans after thorough assessment, promoting resident independence and dignity
- Facilitates communication among physicians, healthcare providers, and families regarding residents' physical, mental, and social well-being
- Contributes to quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Engages in ongoing learning through seminars, staff meetings, and other educational activities
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to serve with compassion, love, and dignity
