Job Summary
We're hiring Home Care Nurses for 12-hour shifts to provide personal care services to a homebound patient on a ventilator. Ideal candidates are experienced LPNs and RNs who can offer one-on-one care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services to a homebound patient on a ventilator
- Engage in real conversations and connections with the patient
- Travel within the service area as needed
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Pass a drug screen and background check
Requirements
- Current Michigan Nursing License
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver's License
- Responsibly work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to travel within the service area
- Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
