1st and 3rd Shift 12 hour LPN and RN

About the role

We're hiring home health care nurses for a low‑stress environment where you’ll work one‑on‑one with a homebound, ventilator‑dependent patient. Enjoy real conversations and meaningful connections while providing personal care services during 12‑hour shifts (7 am‑7 pm or 7 pm‑7 am) in Big Rapids and the surrounding areas. AdvisaCare seeks experienced, motivated, and reliable LPNs and RNs to join our team and make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to homebound clients
• Conduct home care visits and work 12‑hour shifts
• Care for a ventilator‑dependent patient
• Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Current Michigan nursing license (LPN or RN)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel within the service area
• Ability to pass a drug screen and clear background check
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work responsibly both independently and in a team
