Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents with complex medical needs
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your team

- Experience with PointClickCare is a plus—but don’t worry, we’ll train you!
Requirements
- Active LPN license in the State of Ohio
- A heart full of compassion and a desire to make a difference

Pay
- Competitive pay based on experience & schedule up to $34.50
