LPN - ER - PRN - Varied Shift
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with RNs to implement and evaluate nursing care
- Conduct focused assessments and contribute to the overall patient evaluation
- Reassess patients per Nursing Standards of Care and modify care plans as needed
- Collect and document patient data, noting changes from baseline and reporting appropriately
- Participate in care plan modification based on patient response and predicted outcomes
- Support safe, efficient emergency care in a high-acuity, fast-moving environment
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma LPN license required
- BLS required, ALS required within six (6) months of employment
- De-escalation (TEAM) training required within six (6) months
- Strongly encouraged to continue nursing education and pursue RN licensure
- Basic computer skills required
- Minimum 1 year full- or part-time (20+ hours/week) hospital-based experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency environment
